La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pasadena

We went to many hotels in the vicinity and KATIE treated us the best. She was extremely polite and courteous and honored the online price even though we didn't book online. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The room was amazing.

The ladies at the receptionist desk were so so sweet and very helpful. My daughter and I stayed for two nights with our dogs and the rooms were very comfortable, cozy, and clean. I highly recommend staying here! We will be again on out next trip to Pasadena!

Even though the hotel is older and appears to need some updating of the lobby and hallways at a minimum the room I stayed in was clean, had freezing cold ac, plenty of hot water, and a comfortable bed. It was a kind g suite so the bathroom divided the room in to distinct spaces. The living area had a sleeper sofa that accommodated my large 16 yo son just fine. The fridge and microwave worked well too. Wish there was at least a hot meat with breakfast. The only hot items was eggs, sausage gravy, oatmeal, and waffle maker. I would stay here again if in the area. It was a convenient location, good pricing, and pet friendly. I took my 5 month old puppy. They just needed to cut the grassy areas more often cause it was too overgrown during our stay.

I stayed at La Quinta for four nights. It was great. The girl at the front desk was AMAZING. She was more than helpful and was eager to do her job. Every request she took and with everything she did she had a smile. prior to arriving I needed help with my reservation as well and she was patient the entire time. She made it feel like home and like she is sincerely happy you are there. The people who cleaned our rooms were also great. They did a great job and the room felt fresh each day we arrived in our room. I am a fan of La Quinta in general... specifically because of the breakfast, but this occasion was even better!

The room was nice and spacious. A hot Breakfast is offered between 6-9am, however...it's the same thing every morning. It would be nice to mix it up daily and offer something else. Another thing that happened during our stay was that for the entire week we spent there, the wifi was down. The employees at the front desk would tell us that they would reset it but it wasn't until we checked out that the manager told us that it was out because they were in the middle of changing internet providers. Overall, it was okay. I would stay there again.

Rooms are super clean. Restroom are also clean and ha e a nice set up. Nice and cold A/C. Last 2 days had a family with kids on 2nd floor above mine and kids were jumping at all times of day. I feel family with kids need to be on 1st floor just incase.and to prevent from guess on 1st floor complaint and secure a return.

Nice clean rooms. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room as well. The night staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel and my daughter was sneezing all weekend because of the dogs coming in and out. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Wonderful hotel and service from the staff, I had a great experience staying here rooms are quite, comfortable and clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff are very helpful and accommodating just ask for what you need. I liked they had an essentials store on property made it convenient not to leave late at night to run to the gas station for a snack or a drink.
